Online and Telephone Counselling
Sometimes our circumstances mean it’s not always easy for us to access face-to-face counselling.
We can offer telephone counselling sessions where you can still benefit from emotional support to help you work through any issues or difficulties you are facing.

Online
Couples Counselling
We can support you to explore and work through a range of relationship issues such as communication difficulties, infidelity and sexual issues.
Our job is to give you the safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore and work towards your desired goals.

We offer counselling to Adults and Young People over the age of 14.
Session times - All therapy sessions last for 50 minutes. Sessions are available throughout the week from 8am-9pm. We are open on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9am-3pm.
Cancellations - Cancellations of less than 24 hours' notice of appointment are payable in full. Cancelled sessions with less than 7 days' notice of appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of £25.
Missed sessions - Missed sessions are payable in full
Payments - You will receive an Invoice via Paypal to your email where you can make payment for the session either via Paypal or Debit/Credit card.
